Bones for Life, a series of safe, gentle movements that stimulate bone strength, including weight-bearing techniques that require little effort and yield direct benefits to people with conditions such as osteoporosis and musculoskeletal pain. Bones for Life meets you where you are, using the environment around you to support your comfort and learning.
